How do I run a dedicated server for Halo PC?

Only answer if you have actually run or currently run a Halo PC dedicated server (NOT the Custom Edition). I have the game, and I want to run a dedicated server. Can someone please give me step-by-step instructions as to how I create and use one? Also, a list of available commands for running a dedicated server would be helpful. My game is fully updated, but I don’t know if I need to run an individual update for running a dedicated server as well. Please make the steps easy to follow, as I don’t know much about computers. Thanks!
I don’t think anything else will be more simple than looking at youtube videos.
You just make a init.txt file in the same folder your haloceded.exe is. Here is my init
