Why can’t I create a Garry’s mod server?
I’ve been to port forward and forwarded my ports to allow half-life 2 steam sever (to come in?) and I’ve set up a static IP address. I’ve still not been able to create a server for me and my friend to play in. let me add that I’m not talking about a dedicated server, and i am not that good with computers. (I can make my way around and do simple things)
I’ve only testes it with my friend, just in case that has something to do with it
also the ports I forwarded it too were 27015 and 27020

I can create the server, but whenever my friend tries to join it says "Server not responding."
